If the goal for the tag in Go-Head Level is to trigger a workflow if the customer has already been tagged with that specific tag, then no workflow will be triggered upon this position the second time. Unless you remove the tag and re-add the tag. That's the only way to trigger the same workflow again.

That way, if I click this position and then it will remove the tag and add the tag, then it will trigger the workflow for whatever use case any of us users have inside a workflow. If you don't remove the tag before re-adding the tag, then any workflow will only be triggered once.
