Why does this exist?

A pros & cons page would be nice to know why exactly we should use call boards over ghl staging. It doesn't really make any sense, considering the whole purpose of wavv was the intergration into a CRM.
If there's an advantage, I'm all ears, but so far I don't really know why or how to use it.

The advantage shows up if you're also running SMS/email campaigns
against the same leads you're dialing.
In GHL, "Last Activity" updates on any touch — including your own
automated texts. So if you sort a smart list by last activity to find
neglected leads, a lead your campaign texted this morning looks
"recently touched" even though you've never actually called him. Your
own automation buries the leads you most need to dial.
Call Count only counts calls. Sort ascending and least-dialed rises to
the top, and nothing your campaigns do pollutes it.
The other pieces that don't exist in GHL staging: per-board phone
number groups (so warm leads always dial from the same number and cold
leads rotate), snooze after call (caps how often you can hit the same
person), and auto-advance instead of click-to-call per contact.
If you're not running campaigns against your dial list, GHL staging is
probably fine and you're not missing much.
