Glad this is happening!
Here are a couple additions I don't see anyone mentioning yet:
- Be able to pull either a custom field or tag from ghl so we can not only see calls per rep, but for example calls per business. So if we can pull the business name field from ghl, then we we can see how many calls were made for that business. We use Wavv for our call center and we call on behalf of clients so we need to see how many calls each rep made and how many calls were made for each client.
- Be able to set a custom range for the reporting.

Allow for customizing the Conversation metric
Customers ask about changing the conversation length time from 60 sec, to something custom based off their call metrics they'd like to see. Right now it only logs Conversations for 60 sec or longer, customers want to decide what is best for their team and stats

Tracking daily KPIs is challenging because each load session is checked individually. It would be beneficial to have a feature that consolidates disposition tracking for KPIs on a daily basis, providing a comprehensive overview without the need to manually compile data from multiple sessions.

I'm looking to backfill data on the reports and transfer them into a secondary tracking sheet however I noticed when you go to last month we could only see the activity on a weekly basis and not a daily basis.
Can you please consider giving us access to the Daily activity call reports in perpetuity?

When viewing the reports, it would be really useful to be able to click into the Disposition Outcomes and see what Contacts this includes specifically. Or be able to have a list of customers pop up that is the entire "No Answer" section of the pie graph as an example.
