Assign Leads to Agent or Salesperson After Disposition

When someone on our sales team gets a lead on the phone and books a call or is asked to call back later, I want that lead to now be assigned to that salesperson automatically. I have automations that will move the lead out of the general sales pipeline and into that individual salesperson pipeline, but those automations are broken because a disposition is added (which triggers the automation) but the lead isn't assigned. I can see who made the call via the notes in the contact, but the actual lead isn't assigned.

just build it after the tagg is added via the disposition, it tags the contact when you disposition and can just build an automation off of that to assign to rep. Can already do this...

Another user from a team elite would like to be able to match the disposition with the person who selected said disposition.

Customer would like to be able to have the same ability. His feedback is: "Ideally we want to make it so that on XYZ disposition the lead is Assigned to the Rep that made the call.
Another option would be to have a webhook post to our Zapier with the call info, and if the info contains the disposition, and user we can take it from there."
