We've all heard the statistic: calling a lead within 60 seconds can increase booking rates by 391%. WAVV is amazing — the only limitation right now is the inability to call new leads fast enough without building custom automations.
Our idea is simple: automatically push every new lead to the very top of the Wavv campaign for each appointment Setter the moment it comes in. As soon as one rep calls the lead, it’s instantly removed from everyone else’s list. This guarantees a speed-to-lead of 30 seconds or less.
Based on the study below, hitting that 30-second window could double our bookings.

Totally agree with this!! Speed-to-lead is everything, and this kind of automation would remove the only real bottleneck we have. If every new lead jumps to the top of the queue instantly, Setters can call within those first crucial seconds instead of minutes. And once one person takes the call, it disappearing from everyone else’s list keeps things clean and avoids duplicate outreach.
If we consistently hit that 30-second window, we’re basically taking advantage of the highest-conversion moment a lead will ever have, which is exactly why this could massively increase our bookings.

This would be awesome, at the moment we have stop the WAVV campaign, go into slack and manually call each lead that comes in. This would make WAVV unstoppable
