Summary:
Improve visibility and consistency of warm/live transfer calls between the WAVV Dialer and GoHighLevel (GHL).
Current Behavior:
If a warm/live transfer is successful, the call:
  • Does not appear in GHL conversation history or notes
  • The recording is only available in the WAVV UI
If a transfer is unsuccessful, the call:
  • Appears in GHL conversation history
  • Has no recording available
Problem:
This behavior makes it difficult to:
  • Track successful transfers inside GHL
  • Audit calls and transfers consistently
  • Perform QA and reporting without switching between systems
Requested Improvement:
  • Log successful transfer calls in GHL conversation history and/or notes
  • Include basic metadata at minimum (call duration, transfer status, timestamp, agent)
  • Ideally, make the call recording accessible or referenced within GHL
Impact / Value:
  • Better call tracking and reporting
  • Improved QA and compliance workflows
  • Reduced confusion for sales and support teams
  • Stronger integration experience between WAVV and GHL
