Inbound calling is now in public beta! Now you will be able to...
- Receive calls on WAVV numbers (no need to call forward)
- Have the contact's profile information pull up when you answer (no need to search for the contact)
- Have team and individual voicemail boxes

Inbound Team Call History Tab
Team of 5-6 wants all inbound calls to forward to ALL team members so whoever is available can answer the call. However, if no one answers the call & the contact doesn't leave a message, the team managers would love to see a Universal Team Call History to make sure they're not missing calls.

Make it so the "assigned" user in HL is the same as the "assigned" user in WAVV so that inbound calls always route to the correct person.

Customer would like to be able to send their incoming calls to an Ai bot. If that's configured based off a phone number or a dropdown option that would be really cool.

INBOUND CALLERS WITH NO CONTACT CARD:
Customer was turning on the Inbound in Beta. Their request centers around if a customer calls you and they don't have a contact card created for them, that GHL automatically pulls up a blank contact card to create a profile for that new contact, or auto populates with a contact profile card with their Name and phone number.

can i connect workflows to wavv inbound numbers? For example we put different ghl numbers on each postcard round to track what campaign a custome responded to
