I notice many customers will cancel their accounts because they don't need to use the dialer for a couple of months... especially with slow or downtimes for sales teams, but want to pick it back up a couple of months down the road. The ability to pause an account and allow them to save all their info and then if it's not "resumed" after something like 2-3 months, the account will then permanently cancel. I think that would be a great feature that would reduce cancellations as well.
