Phone number routing for Incoming Calls

I’m looking for a way to route incoming calls based on specific teams or groups of team members. Essentially, I’d like to divide my list of phone numbers into smaller groups for different call purposes—similar to how a call center operates, where different teams handle different tasks.
For example, I have 20 phone numbers, and I want 5 of those numbers to route calls only to a selected group of 5 out of my 10 team members. The idea is that all 5 team members would be available to answer calls at the same time, but only those 5 would receive the call, not the entire team. This way, I can ensure that calls are directed efficiently to the right people without ringing everyone on the team.
