You try to rely on automation too much. I have questions and needs that your documentation fails to provide sufficient answers or direction. I am seeing where automation fails and have no way of knowing how automation works. Fro instance does is stop at the first match or do all matches?

I felt like you in the beginning of being a telesales agent where I wanted to speak with someone on the phone for support. However, in this day and age it's very efficient to email and WAVV is very responsive. If you'd like to schedule a Zoom call, you can do that with them too, so they can help you with anything you need.
