Inbound Calling (Beta)

All users have their ring timeout set to 9-10 rings but the inbound dialer stops after 3-rings and send to voicemail.

Chrome is not notifying users of inbound calls, sometimes the ringtone is also not playing.

When a user answers a call it takes a solid 3-4 seconds for the call to answer.
